Christmas Delivery Information

Important Tips to Ensure Safe and Timely Order Deliveries

The following tips will ensure your important Christmas gift purchases (any anything you have bought for yourself!) are delivered smoothly...

  1. Create an account so you can sign in and track your orders easily
  2. Double check your shipping address including your postcode to avoid items being returned to us undelivered
  3. If you are sending your order to work, please be sure to include the company name and as much information regarding the building as possible, e.g. Level 12, Suite 42
  4. Order early and use Express Post to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible
  5. Send your item with tracking. Smaller items which are sent via Standard Post do not have any tracking and are at the mercy of the postage system and theft. Trackable options are available on all items.
  6. Check your order has been processed successfully. You will receive an order confirmation within five minutes of your order being successfully received. Please contact us if you are unsure if your order has been processed successfully. 


When Will Your Order Be Despatched?

All orders received before 2.00 pm (Brisbane Time) Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day (excludes shoes sent by suppliers). Orders received after this time and on weekends or public holidays will be despatched on the next business day.

Transit Times Via Road and Express Post

The transit times stated below are estimates only and are subject to in transit delays. All parcels (excluding shoes) are sent from Hamilton, 4007 in Brisbane, Queensland. 

Please noteExpress parcels are delivered overnight to locations in the Next Day Delivery Network ONLY.  Please check the map below for your postcode. 

If you are outside of the Next Day Network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links but Express Post deliveries may travel via road to remote or country locations. Please Contact Us if you are unsure when your parcel will arrive. 



Order Collection - Hamilton (Brisbane)

Orders can be collected between 8:00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday from our Hamilton warehouse. If you cannot collect your order during these times, please let us know and we will make alternative arrangements. 


International Christmas Deliveries

We can no longer guarantee delivery before Christmas unless orders are sent via Express Courier International.


Christmas Break Closure

Over the Christmas and New Year Holidays, we'll be taking a break and will be closed from Tuesday, 25th of December to Thursday, 3rd of January

We'll still be taking orders during this time and orders received after 2pm on Monday the 24th of December will be depatched on Friday the 4th of January
