OBTAINING YOUR TRACKING NUMBER

To obtain your tracking number, please refer to your shipping notification email or log into your account and view your order.

 

AUSTRALIA POST TRACKING

All Letters With TrackingAustralia Post Domestic ParcelsInternational Express and International Standard parcels are automatically signed up to receive email notifications from Australia Post so you can be kept informed of the progress of your delivery.

COURIERS PLEASE TRACKING

All Couriers Please deliveries have an automatic Authority To Leave. 

Once your parcel has been picked up by our driver, you will receive a 'Delivery Choices' email from Couriers Please advising that your parcel is on its way. Should the need arise, you can:

  • Reschedule the delivery to another date within three days of delivery notification
  • Arrange delivery to a nominated neighbour within three houses in either direction of the original delivery address
  • Arrange delivery to a Couriers Please POPPoint
  • Arrange delivery to a different address within the same metro area as the original delivery address

ONLINE TRACKING UPDATES

Please note, parcels are despatched every weekday (excluding public holidays) and once they are in transit, you will usually not see a further scan until the parcel is received into your local delivery centre.
The last transit event scan does not indicate your parcel's current location.
